ヨーロッパをはじめとする各国では古くから自動車の内装部品や建物の断熱材として亜麻（Flax）や麻（hemp）繊維からなるシートの不織布製品が使われています。ただ現状では厚さが最低でも3㎜ほどのものが限界です。それに比べてこの製品の厚さは100μ程度。この薄さによってこれまで化学繊維製品や天然繊維の織物を使うことに限られていた部分に代替することが可能になります。
また、自社で開発した防炎剤を塗布することで優れた防炎性能を発揮します。(UL94 V-0)
これらの技術がこれまで実現することが出来なかった製品の可能性を劇的に広げます。

In Europe and other countries, non-woven fabric products made of flax and hemp fibers have long been used as heat insulating materials for automobile interior parts and buildings.
However, the current natural fiber non-woven fabric is limited to a thickness of at least 3 mm. In comparison, our natural fiber non-woven fabric is about 100μ thick.
In addition, by applying a flameprooftreatment developed our company, excellent flameproofing performance is demonstrated. (UL94 V-0)
These technologies dramatically expand the possibilities of products that were previously unattainable.
